Prerequisite: None
Pre-work:
- Complete the pre-work (you will receive the Pre-work Pack by e-mail after submitting your application)
- You will receive materials and you need to read:
- The Guide to Change Management Concepts
- Log on to the Prosci Portal
A week before the program, you will receive an e-mail from portal@prosci.com. After activating your Portal account, you will be able to see the “Practitioner eToolkit” in “My resources” area.
Please make sure to login prior to the program and report any issues as soon as possible to us. We shall solve the issue before the program starts.
In “My resources” area you will find “ADKAR® eLearning module”. Complete the module, print the report and bring it to the program.
You will have a 90-day access to the ADKAR® eLearning module.
What to bring to the program
To successfully participate in the program, you need
- Laptop (not a tablet/iPad), laptop charger, Microsoft Office 2007 or newer versions (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or Microsoft 2008 for Mac or newer versions (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), USB port (unencrypted) or hub.
- A USB stick
- A copy of the required completed work prior to attending the program and the ADKAR® eLearning report.
