  2. You will receive materials and you need to read:

  3. Log on to the Prosci Portal

A week before the program, you will receive an e-mail from portal@prosci.com. After activating your Portal account, you will be able to see the ā€œPractitioner eToolkitā€ in ā€œMy resourcesā€ area.

Please make sure to login prior to the program and report any issues as soon as possible to us. We shall solve the issue before the program starts.

In ā€œMy resourcesā€ area you will find ā€œADKARĀ® eLearning moduleā€. Complete the module, print the report and bring it to the program.

You will have a 90-day access to the ADKARĀ® eLearning module.

What to bring to the program

To successfully participate in the program, you need

  • Laptop (not a tablet/iPad), laptop charger, Microsoft Office 2007 or newer versions (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or Microsoft 2008 for Mac or newer versions (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), USB port (unencrypted) or hub.
  • A USB stick
  • A copy of the required completed work prior to attending the program and the ADKARĀ® eLearning report.
