PdiVizija d.o.o. was established in 2014. We are an experienced team the members of which seasoned themselves in managerial and operational work positions in financial, retail, hospitality, wellness and IT industries. We realized that way too many companies make technological capacities and operational capabilities their priority but fail to recognize that these are not directly linked with the key component of each company – their own added value.

We consider your company’s capability to recognize and execute required changes, which are dictated by the changing business environment, new technologies and changed business models, as its key capacity.

Thus, in 2019, the Change2Value brand was born under which we combine activities and knowledge in the field of change management, innovation management and leadership.

We pride ourselves as the general Prosci partner for the Balkans region, offering public programs for obtaining globally recognized change management certificates as well as training and consulting on behalf of companies.

As the only one in the region, we boast the two highest certification levels in the field of innovation management according to the Danish methodology Innovation 360.

And as a general partner for the Balkan region , we provide intensive training and services for the successful transition of employees into leaders and leaders into managers according to the Swedish methodology Leadership Pipeline.

PDiVizija is a founding member of the association of European Prosci partners of CCB.network. Members actively cooperate and jointly provide services for international companies that do business on the European continent. Within the framework of the association, we are co-creating a community of change managers where all certified change managers can connect, acquire new knowledge, share experiences and stay in touch with news.

Peter Dolenc

Company owner and director, certified Prosci instructor, change management consultant and change enabler

Peter Dolenc has more than 15 years of experience in project implementation, introduction of new products, concepts and solutions, management and development of teams. He successfully led the transformation into several IT companies in Slovenia, where he always asserted the ability of companies to receive, introduce, and implement change as the main competence. In international corporations such as Microsoft and Oracle he was responsible for introducing new concepts at the local level and establishing them on the Slovenian market. He specializes in project management according to both classical and agile project management methods, which he successfully upgrades with the Prosci change management methodology and the ADKAR personal change model. With his company PDiVizija d.o.o. and the Change2Value brand, is the exclusive partner of Prosci® and thus the world's leading change management methodologies for the Balkan region.

Igor Pirnat

COO, Leadership Pipeline coach and facilitator, promoter, and practitioner of change management

Igor Pirnat, an economist, obtained a master's degree in Business Administration and Organisation from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. In his career, spanning more than 28 years, he has led both small and large business teams, acquiring knowledge and competencies in communication, work organization, delegation, motivation, and rewarding. In addition, he has completed an NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner course, became an LPI Facilitator, and earned a Prosci Change Management Practitioner certificate. Igor emphasizes that leadership cannot be learned solely from books and courses, but also requires continuous self-reflection and the acceptance of feedback from the environment. Constant improvement of leadership competencies demands practice and openness to learning from practical experiences.
